*The time starts once all the information to deliver the service is provided to ICS by the client. Time taken for the postal mails or courier to reach is not included in the above SLA. They don’t include time take for solving escalated/troubled cases. The above SLA’s represents the time in which service is delivered in 99% of the cases; however, it does not guarantee that the services will be performed within such timelines.
 
While we endeavor to resolve all customer concerns with our initial response, occasionally certain factors prevent this from occurring. In the circumstance that an issue cannot be resolved within the initial response, our customer support staff will devote all our efforts to resolving the issue adequately within 72 hours of their initial request for help.
